Primary Handler: Sarah Moore

Bo is our OG man and probably has a better resume and references than any of us... Sarah raised him while attending college, which meant he got to do a lot in his early years. A kijiji special from the Walmart parking lot, he is a Redbone Coonhound X Labrador Retriever. Sarah was lucky; he took the best traits from each breed and chose those as his personality. Being raised by a bunch of college kids, Bo got to experience chaos, drama, and an overabundance of unconditional love.

Bo spent many years duck hunting and shed hunting. He once fought off a beaver (and has the scar to prove it!), he's retrieved entire moose skulls, antlers attached, out of the water, and has put on as many miles as the old farm truck.

He has also been a regular practice subject for veterinary students, kids learning about vet care, and spent many years as a "reading buddy," where he would go into schools and support kids going through tough times, assist with confidence in reading, and just be a fun friend for the community!

Bo is now in his retirement years, and although he'll still run with the crew on occasion, he is much more interested in Grandpa snuggles and keeping the couch warm.
